Guatemala Maribel
Guatemala Maribel
Maribel is a blend of coffees produced by the Morales family in San Jose Poaquil, Chimaltenango, Guatemala. The Morales family is a pillar of La Cooperative Asuncion, a collection of farmers that our own roastery collective, Multimodal, is working with closely to develop long-term relationships.
Maribel features classic flavors from Guatemala, ranging from flavors of citrus acidity to round cocoa and caramel sweetness. The Typica cherries included in the blend also add a delicate florality that we are typically drawn to.
