Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Bird & Branch. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Note: Shipments may occasionally be delayed by a few days if we are experiencing a high volume of orders. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Preorders will ship out on the date designated in the product description.

2. Shipping Carriers and Methods

We use the following major carriers to deliver your orders:

  • United States Postal Service (USPS)

  • FedEx

  • United Parcel Service (UPS)

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically 3-5 business days in transit (after processing).

  • Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery, calculated at checkout.

  • Overnight Shipping: Fastest option, calculated at checkout.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on the cost provided by the carrier, plus a small handling fee.

4. Free Shipping Offers

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on the following:

  • All Coffee Subscription Orders

  • Non-Subscription Orders Over $75.00

This free shipping offer will automatically apply at checkout if your order qualifies.

5. Domestic and International Shipping

We offer shipping to addresses both domestically (within the United States) and internationally (to most countries worldwide).

  • International Shipments: Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Bird & Branch is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

     

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We understand that shipping issues can be frustrating. While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, we cannot be responsible for packages once they are successfully handed over to the carrier.

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at shop@birdandbranch.com.

We will assist you by providing the necessary tracking information and supporting documentation to help you file a claim with the shipping carrier. We recommend reviewing your selected carrier's policy regarding lost or damaged packages.

7. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses using USPS.
