We truly enjoy Bolivian coffees and this one displays the classic profile of bright citrus fruit along with a note of green apple. It's grown and processed by Mery Avircata in Kantutani, Caranavi and we think this lot showcases the care that she takes in tending to her farm as well as in the processing and drying of coffee seeds.
