Honduras Las Flores

Las Flores is located in Santa Barbara, Honduras and run by David Sabillon who comes from a family of coffee growers. This Parainema coffee is one of the first varietals he planted on this patch of land, given to him by his father, and as a young grower, he approaches his farming with a great sense of enthusiasm. This lot in particular is a honey-processed batch, the first year he has tried this method, and we taste a complex mix of lemon and citrus along with an herbaceous backing which leads to the perfect cup for a cool morning.
