Honduras El Ocotillo

El Ocotillo is the name of the village where this coffee is grown, located in Santa Barbara, Honduras. It features a great compact sweetness, similar to dried figs and apricots, with a velvety mouthfeel. This is truly a micro-lot to be enjoyed and we are glad to be connected with Ismael Benitez, the farmer behind its quality.  Ismael has typically grouped his coffee in with his father's lots, but this is the first year separating his coffee out to shine on its own.
