José Argüello is a third-generation coffee grower and lives in La Concordia, Chiapas. This coffee lot was harvested from a mixture of Typica and Bourbon trees and José goes to great lengths to determine the optimal fermentation and drying times for his coffee. It's a naturally processed coffee that features delightful flavors of dried cranberry and melon without much funky or fermented flavors.
