Bolivia Pauchinta

You might recognize Lidia Machicado's name from another one of our coffees - she and her husband, Juan Jose, are the powerhouse couple behind Huellas Del Jaguar Gesha! Lidia was such a gracious host to us when we visited them. She was actually bitten by a snake while clearing the paths on the farm prior to our visit. After a brief hospital stint, she was back at home, serving us lunch the next day, so we cherish being able to roast and serve her coffee.

Based in Kantutani in Caranavi, this coffee shows some gentle apple acidity balanced with a cashew nuttiness.
