Bolivia Pico de Tucán

Pablo Yana, or Don Pablo, is one of the elders of the San Ignacio community in Caranavi, Bolivia. He is one of the first producers that our partners, Bonaventure, worked with back in 2014 and this lot of red caturra showcases the classic flavors of Bolivia, with a balanced nutty, cocoa flavor, accompanied by a citrus finish!
