Josepe is grown at a very high altitude in Nariño, Colombia by José Demecio Guerrero, amid volcanic soil and natural forest. He has lived on this farm for 8 years with his family and hopes to make coffee production part of his family lineage, bringing his sons into the process.
This lot undergoes a 36-hr fermentation period followed by a traditional washed process. We taste pomegranate and black tea with some hints of citrus
