Colombia La Hamaca Decaf

As far as decaf coffee goes, this coffee from Colombia is one we have been trying to source for quite some time. Our partners in Colombia, Azahar, have worked with the Aipe community in Huila to produce this decaffeinated coffee in order to showcase the breadth of flavors possible from coffee in Colombia. Utilizing an ethyl acetate decaffeination process, this allows the coffee to be process in a gentle fashion, retaining its flavor, while also reducing impact on the environment.
